It started as a sole proprietorship of Mr. Rodolfo S. Delos Reyes in January 1990 and was eventually incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 10, 1991. Initially, it leased a portion of the Sangali Fishing Port and Cold storage facility for its operations.
